As a visionary entrepreneur, community builder, and writer, I've been revolutionizing the landscape for Latina voices since 2010. Through #WeAllGrow® Latina, the company I founded and led for 13 years, I've transformed my vision into a multi-million dollar, community-driven ecosystem that nurtures a circular economy within the Latina community.
My approach blends savvy marketing expertise with heart-centered leadership, embodying my motto: "When one grows, we all grow." This philosophy has guided #WeAllGrow to become a 100% Latina-owned powerhouse in social media, events, e-commerce, and community reaching millions of women worldwide.
I'm honored to have been recognized as a Champion of Change by the United Nations and named one of "Las Mujeres Más Poderosas" by People magazine. I've shared insights on community building, representation and conscious entrepreneurship at prestigious venues, including two speaking engagements at the White House.
My commitment to empowering Latinas extends beyond my business ventures. I serve as a Tory Burch Foundation Advisor, sit on the HACE Advisory Council, and volunteer as an advisor for the MAIA Impact School in Central America. I'm also an investor in Latina-founded businesses, believing in the power of investing in each other.
Born in Houston and raised in El Salvador, I now call Idyllwild, CA, home with my daughter. Here, I continue to innovate and lead at the intersection of entrepreneurship, creativity, and well-being, redefining success for Latinas in the digital age to thrive with ease.
