Navigating an industry where only 5.5% of Latina-owned businesses secure loans and a mere 0.3% receive venture capital

Despite these obstacles, I persevered, driven by a vision of creating a supportive community for Latina women.

My path hasn't been without its struggles. I've grappled with exhaustion, disconnection, and the constant fear of bankruptcy. But these challenges became the catalyst for my transformation.

As the founder of #WeAllGrow Latina, I've experienced firsthand the toll of relentless hustle culture building a heart-centered bootstrapped company from the ground up against all odds.

Now, I'm on a mission to help women entrepreneurs, especially those from marginalized communities, thrive with ease.

When One Grows, We All Grow

I built WeAllGrow Latina from my dining room table into a multimillion-dollar company, becoming part of the mere 1% of Latina-owned businesses to reach that milestone. All of that, while I was raising a daughter as a co-parent.

But that version of success came at a cost.
